Would you allow this picture to be used for decoration of an elderly persons sheltered housing scheme I'm finishing in the Stafford area. The residents have chosen this as one of their favourites for decorating corridor walls as it is of local interest. (I would need access to a larger format file for blowing up to a larger size). Would you require a royalty for the licence?
