About Pheasant Cottage
Converted from a natural stone barn, our two holiday cottages offer a
pleasing blend of traditional character and modern convenience.
Their individual patios were designed so that you can sit and enjoy the
uninterrupted views across the garden and paddock to the rolling Somerset
countryside and farmland.
Situated on a family owned, six-acre site, they offer safe, secure
accommodation for your family and pets should they accompany you. PLEASE NOTE we have a charge of £10 per cat or £20 per dog per visit to cover additional cleaning. If your pet does any damage we ask that we are compensated immediately for replacement value to ensure following guests enjoy the same level of comfort and service as you have enjoyed.
In designing the cottages we have ensured that they are light, spacious andwell equipped, including HD digital TV/DVD player and HiFi should you choose a night in. N.B. WE HAVE HOME HUB 3 WIRELESS BROADBAND HOWEVER WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONNECTION DUE TO THE SOLID CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING.
The accommodation comprises:
Two bedrooms; one with Queen size, draped, four-poster bed, the other two
singles or linked to provide a King-size double.
A large living room to spread out in and for children to play should the
weather not be at its best.
Separate bath and shower are provided as well as a separate WC.
Large, modern, fitted and equipped kitchen/diner.
Location:
We are only a 10 minute drive from Longleat Safari Park, if you wish to visit go to their web-site and you can obtain a 10% discount and avoid queue's by pre-booking. We are in easy reach of Stourhead, Bath, Wells, Glastonbury and the huge Clarke's Shopping Village and it's many discount designer stores. Also country and riverside walks are accessable from the door and riding, shooting and fishing and SCUBA diving facilities are within a short drive.
