Enjoy your stay in our lovely cottage. For a luxurious break in peaceful surrounding, the cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms with lots of space to stretch out in comfort. We hope we have thought of every need and creature comfort you'll wish to make your vacation stress-free.
5 star holiday accommodation. Fabulous well-equipped spacious, relax in the generous lounge, with open coal fire and French doors leading outside. Two bedrooms, master bedroom with king-size luxury bed and en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with queen bed and adjacent shower room.
Brownside cottage has been finished to a very high standard to ensure you experience the up most comfort during your stay. The entrance halls, lounge and kitchen have solid oak natural flooring, the lounge has an open coal fire which is laid for your arrival with additional coals, sticks on site for your stay. You will experience the comfort of our Duresta Soafa and chair while watching the Sony Braiva flat screen LCD television or one of the many DVDs from the movie library. French doors lead out to a private patio with dining furniture and swing chair for alfresco dining on summer evenings.
The garden also includes a large lawn area all with stunning views of the South tyne Valley. The kitchen is fully fitted with a cottage style limed oak kitchen with built in dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge. The dresser houses all your needs including bread maker.
The main bedroom features a kingsize comfort bed which has been very popular, many guests requesting the details to purchase the same.
The en-suite has whirlpool bath to relax after a day’s walking or cycling around our beautiful countryside.Our second bedroom features the same bed double size. There is a separate shower room with slate floor.
The cottage is heated with oil fired boiler providing constant hot water for both bathrooms. We have a separate drying room available and secure storage for bikes etc. Unrestricted car parking available.
