A beautiful riverbank walk from Ellerburn to Thornton le Dale North Yorkshire

This is a 2 mile walk along a beautiful riverbank with so much to see! I have seen dippers, treecreepers, wagtails and it has been said kingfishers though so far I have not seen one yet but I live in hope!!

thanks for your comment. I love this walk and have done it many times during the year. There seems to be something new to see each time I go. In this picture I was rather concerned a man had fallen into the stream!!(see central tree in background).
