About The Boathouse

Beautiful waterside property full of character, totally refurbished. Situated by one of the most unspoilt, undeveloped and beautiful stretches of water on the broads in Norfolk or Suffolk. The westward views towards South Walsham inner broad are exquisite and the sunsets are to die for (please see photo's). You have over 150ft of private water frontage to fish, sail from or bird watch. You are welcome to bring your own boats, slip nearby. A rowing boat is included within the rental. We are also happy to put you in touch with a local firm who can supply a day launch by separate negotiation. Ideal environment to teach children to sail, row, kayak or fish. All accommodation on the first floor. Off road parking for two cars plus space for two outside. Bed linen and towels included. The house has night storage heating and this is included within the price should it be required. To see more pictures please go to www.norfolkboathouse.co.uk
Sleeping 8, this wonderful waterside property has 3 bedrooms; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 twin with bunk beds plus a sofa bed in the lounge. Open plan living to ensure all feel included. Modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all usual appliances found in a modern kitchen. The property has an amazing atmosphere where you will relax and enjoy your holiday. The water frontage is not fenced so young children require monitoring when outside and we recommend they wear a lifejacket.
The house has been in the family since it was originally built in 1922 with an extension in 1991 and then total modernisation just completed. The house is obviously still used by the family so has a very personal feel. We have clients who have been coming for over 15 years and still enjoy the ambiance and facilities.
Should you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact the owner on 07770782523.
We look forward to welcoming you to The Boathouse.
