Description

City Bikes Liverpool

Liverpool now has its own version of “Boris bikes”, called “City Bikes”, and now they are getting to be ever more used as well as a common sight in the flatter parts of the city. I took this in Sefton Park near to the path leading to the Palm House.After processing the file I decided to turn it into a monochrome image with just the green of the bike frames untouched. The picture was taken in the rain just after midday, 10-12-2014.

Excellent shot; it must have taken quite a bit of patience to reveal all those green frames.Tight framing and sharpness really show off this image.

A very good example of emphasizing the fact that cycling is a green mode of transport, the Council will be after this shot to promote the bikes I reckon.
