Victoria in Liverpool

The Cunarder, Queen Victoria berhed at Liverpool. After a dark wet morning and early afternoon the sun came out and bathed this majestic ship attracting large crowds. Taken on 26th July 2010 from Princes Parade.

I find it mind-boggling that something that size floats! Did you have to wait all through the rain in order to capture this splendid pic Rod?
