William Huskisson Memorial

Rather grand memorial to William Huskisson who was killed on 15th September 1830 the opening day of the Liverpool and Manchester Railway by the locomotive Rocket. The memorial stands in the St James's Mount cemetery. Designed by the architect John Foster Junior.
