Pictures of Lincolnshire*Stay in London from just £10 per night!!* ![]() Submitted by Lincolnian ©(4th May 2007)A picture of Hemswell All Saints, Hemswell, Lincolnshire Behind a dry stone wall in the centre of the village of Hemswell can be found the Anglican Parish Church dedicated to All Saints. Halfway up the tower a plaque states the body of the church was repaired & the south aisle taken away in 1754. The steeple (I think this should be interpreted as tower) was part taken down in 1762 & the remainder in 1763, totally rebuilt and completely finished in 1764. The rest of the church, which has medieval work inside including the nave arcade, underwent further restoration in 1858.
