Description

A picture of Newton by Toft

The Anglican parish church at Newton-by-Toft, Lincolnshire, is dedicated to Saint Michael and dates from the 13th century but was extensively restored in 1860 by James Fowler. Although the village is mentioned several times in the Domesday Survey there is no mention of an earlier church.
