Martin Lane Farm Holiday Cottages consists of 4 individually designed country cottages. Lovingly renovated from existing farm buildings, each one has its own distinctive style and character.
All our cottages can be booked for short stays of any length. The price shown above is only a guide. Correct prices and availability can be accessed on our website or by contacting the owner direct.
Our latest addition, the Stable, has been awarded 5 stars and is fully accessible for the disabled traveller and their family or carer. It is a single storey cottage with a specially adapted en-suite 'wet' room to one of the bedrooms plus a family bathroom with bath and shower. Both bedrooms have zip & link beds which can be arranged as singles or doubles to suit individual requirements.
All the cottages are beautifully and comfortably furnished and are fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The Stable also has a dish washer.
Nestling in the rich arable farmland of West Lancashire, it is the ideal base for visiting everything the North West of England has to offer. Southport, Liverpool Manchester are all within easy reach and you can also enjoy a day trip to Blackpool, the Lake District and North Wales.

The Granary, the Shippon and The Dairy all have 4 stars
The Granary, will sleep up to 6 people. The bed in the master bedroom is zip & link so can either be a kingsized bed, or 2 singles. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom which is on the ground floor has adult sized bunk beds.
The Shippon which sleeps 4/5 also has zip & link beds in the master bedroom and we can fit a fold up bed in this room. The second bedroom has twin beds.
The Dairy which sleeps 2 is a compact, single storey building. The main room is the lounge with kitchen area off which is the bedroom with en-suite 'wet' room.
All bedding towels etc are provided free of charge. Also available travel cot, high chair safety gate, barbeque

Longer stays can be arranged if, for instance, you are relocating to the area and need to house hunt, are 'in between' houses or having renovations done to your home. Special rates can be negotiated depending on the length of the stay.
