About Molly's Place

Molly's Place is a newly refurbished ground floor flat in Mariners Lee, a small purpose built apartment block, built in 2001 in a definitive style. It has its own front door and driveway, so parking is never a problem. It is perfectly positioned, a short distance from the beach, harbour and town of Whitstable. With kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and spacious living / dining area, it's the perfect choice for a holiday break . Ideal for a couple looking for a relaxing break. Everything in the local area is within walking distance although for the less able there are also local disabled parking facilities in all the local car parks. The flat has a small ramp up to the front door so is suitable for prams or wheelchairs.

Ceramic tiles throughout with rugs in the living area and bedroom. Gas central heating. Gas hob and oven, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, washing machine, shower over bath, hair dryer, ironing facilities, TV/ DVD player, radio, books, games, beach chairs, and leaflets & information on local amenities. Linen and towels provided.

Within 300 yards - beach, harbour, local fish market, sailing, windsurfing, Whitstable Castle and grounds, local shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bus stop, ten pin bowling alley, indoor swimming pool, laundrette. The Street - 500 yards - a local phenomenon caused by the tidal current, causing a walkway of pebbles stretching out to sea for nearly a mile at low water. Bike hire available in Whitstable.. Local Tennis Courts for hire in both Tankerton and Whitstable, Green Bowling in Whitstable Castle grounds, Railway Station - 1 mile, Canterbury - 5 miles
