About Walkers Retreat

With a large garden and BBQ facilities, Walkers Retreat is located within Dartmoor National Park, in the village of Holne. It offers self-catering accommodations with free WiFi and free private parking. This one-bedroom apartment features a kitchen/living/dining room with an electric wood burner, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The property sources products such as milk and eggs from the local dairy farm.The large garden has a seating area with outdoor furniture. Bicycle store is also available. Our local village pub, "The Church House Inn" is only a short two minute walk away, serves excellent food and drinks. Lunch and dinner. The local tearoom is located within a 4-minute walk from the property and is open daily. The Trademans Arms pub, located in Scoriton, is a 5-minute drive away and serves lunch, dinner and drinks. There is also a local pub, The Forest Inn, which is located a 10-minute drive from the property. The property benefits from stunning views across the Dartmoor landscape. A network of footpaths can be found at the doorstep. The market town of Totnes is 10 miles from Walkers Retreat while Newton Abbot is 12 miles away, and Exeter and Plymouth are within 25 miles.
