Nelson's funeral barge in the Victory Museum, Portsmouth historic dockyard

The barge which carried Nelson's body down the river to his burial in St Paul's Cathedral originally had a black canopy over the coffin. Now the barge rests in the museum overlooking his ship in Portsmouth historic dockyard
