A picture of Platt Hall

Platt Hall Museum of Costume in Manchester. Built in 1762-64 on the site of previous Manor House of the Worsley Family. Charles Worsley 1623-56 was Manchester's First MP (1654) and appointed Major General in Cromwell's Army in 1655.
