London, East End

After the market has closed, a few people search amongst the left over rubbish for a bunch of shoes that had been dumped. London's East End, c.1974. Rollieflex 4x4. Have you seen the old man, in the closed down market? Kickin' up the papers with his worn out shoes.... Streets of London, Ralph McTell.

Interesting piece of social observation from an earlier time...unfortunately street photography these days seems to attract the attention of overly zealous jobsworths and I have largely given up on it.
