About Haldon View

Character Cottage for 4 (1 double + 1 twin) - Superb views over the estuary. A most unusual cottage situated right on the River Teign this Victorian Chalet approached across a field or along the foreshore. Superb views over the estuary and at high tide the river laps off the walls and swans paddle past. Comfortably furnished and cosy with a log burning stove, plenty of drift wood available on the fore shore, a sun room (used as a dining room) with its setting excellent for birdlife and fishing, whilst the surrounding area is ideal for windsurfing and waterskiing, with walks as close as the front and back door, and golf nearby. Please note that there are 14 steps down to the front door and parking is 200m from Haldon View. Newton Abbott, Dartmouth, Exeter and Torbay close by.
Accommodation; lounge, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, one double bedroom with shower cubicle, a twin room and a dining room with beautiful views overlooking the river.
