Larch Cottage is a traditional Lakeland Cottage with a simple
modern interior, situated in a terrace of 5 in quiet cul-de-sac
with private parking. Five minutes walk from local shops.
Easily accommodates 6 people, spacious lounge/diner opens
onto small private patio with stream 2m below (fence and hedge means totally safe from children and dogs). Kitchen
refitted in March 2010 with split electric oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, breakfast bar. Two large
double bedrooms (one with extra single), one bedroom with full sized bunks. Bathroom has bath with shower over and large airing/drying cupboard
Full CH, garden furniture, BBQ, games, 100m from large
park with play area.
Excellent location being 20 minutes M6, 1 mile Windermere
lake, 10 minutes drive Ambleside (leading to Grasmere,
Langdales), local walks from door, excellent nearby
