Wast Water in the Lake District

I waited a long time for a visit to this lake and it has become my favourite of the lakes. Wild, beautiful and unspoilt. Buttermere and Crummock Water come second and third.

Hi Jane, You are so right about this place it is very special. Have you climbed Scafell and looked down at it ?
