Description

Footbridge 2 Little Langdale

Another view of the footbridge over the stream flowing from Little Langdale Tarn to Elterwater. Half a mile or so further down stream towards Elterwater is Colwith Force where the stream takes on a more animated appearance. Unfortunately there were too many folk clambering round on this visit but also not an exciting volume of water flowing through. Maybe next time!!

The calmness here has created a wonderful picture with great reflections. ( I see you have the same situation as I did on the River Mole- more colour in the reflection than the sky ).
