Description

Path to Loughrigg Summit

Having past Loughrigg Tarn and on up the road towards Grasmere but turned off into the woods at the top of Red Bank in order to drop down Loughrigg Terrace off to the left, we see the path that leads upto to the top of Loughrigg Fell. It looks steep, it is steep and there are several false summits just to keep you entertained!! Done it once but need to go again on a good day as the views are quite spectacular

Certainly looks steep and a few loose footings I would guess, climb steady sir.

The path leads the eye nicely up the incline Dave.
