Description

Bridge house Ambleside

Bridge House again looking North along Rydal Road from the centre of Ambleside. Those of you who are familiar the construction of 'pack-horse' bridges will recognise the base it sits on over the beck which runs down from Stock Ghyll Woods and empties into the River Rothay a few hundred yards away at Millers Bridge
