Description

Heron, Ambleside

Just walking through the village one morning when something caught my eye. This chap was motioless underneath the bridge to the main carpark in Ambleside. Very busy and noisy at this early part of the day but he was quite happy. Couldn't get too close to him so this is a very small crop from the original frame

He blends in well with the water. I wonder how many busy people passed him by, and how many took time to take in his beauty? Great shot!

I was the only one who saw him Sue. No one else even stopped to look. Probably didn't even notice him!!
