About Seaton Carew
Seaton Carew lies at the edge of urbanised Hartlepool, it has seaside amusements and a lovely stretch of firm sand. Along the edge of the golf course on the dunes to the south, there is a track running to North Gare Breakwater.
In many ways this could almost be said to be a wild and lonely spot, good for outstanding sunsets and for watching shipping sweeping in and out of the Tees.
Hartlepool Bay is excellent for sailing.
