Description

The Market Place, Bishop Auckland.

The Market Place showing many of the old and notable buildings in this town of Bishop Auckland. In the mid ground is Bishop Barrington School which closed in the mid 70s and the once Barclays Bank a beautiful building both are under reconstruction to accommodate the planned Spanish Art Gallery which is due to open in 2019.
