About Treveasey

We are situated in the heart of the renowned beautiful Roseland peninsular, surrounded by lovely beaches and countryside. This non-smoking apartment is underfloor heated, with one double-bed room with en-suite toilet-shower, the other double-bed room also has it own toilet-shower. Mineral water is on tap if you want to fill your own bottles. Situated just 100m from the NT coastal foot path with stunning sea views. There are two pubs - one in the pretty country village of Veryan which also has a shop for your morning papers and local fresh bread, and a lovely church . The nearest catholic church is in St Mawes only 8 miles away. The other pub is in the picturesque working fishing village of Portloe both serving good food, and each just 5 minutes drive or a ten minute walk away. There are many first class hotels for finer dining within a 15 minute drive. The towns of St Austell and Truro are 13 miles each away. The Eden project 18 miles away, and many famous NT estates to visit all within easy reach. This is an all inclusive property which means every thing from tea towels, to bath robes to toilet paper, all you have to bring is your personal toiletries. It has only one minimal extra cost that is for the use of the sauna. For rainy days there is a conservatory to relax in. There is also a secluded woodland area available for wondering or BBQ's. The owners live in an adjacent property and will be there to welcome you, then show you around and answer any queries you may have, or assist in your settling. they also have an organic vegetable garden from which veg in season can be had. There is ample safe off road parking for two cars. Unfortunately we cannot take pets. Pick up and drop off can be arranged from St Austell or Truro Bus/Train stations.
Close by are St Mawes, Falmouth, Mevagissey, Eden Project, Fowey.
