About Serenade

Serenade Lodge is located on a five star resort between Newquay, Padstow and Wadebridge; ideally situated within easy reach of the North Cornwall coast with its renowned beaches, restaurants, galleries and trails. Serenade is a fantastically spacious detached lodge with parking for 2/3 cars, perfect for a large family, multi-generational families, 2 sharing families or up to 4 separate couples; and benefits from the resort's superb facilities.
On the ground floor of the property there are 2 large bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), a luxurious bathroom with twin sinks, bath & separate shower, a utility room and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The modern kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, the dining area comfortably seats 8, and the living area has 2 single arm chairs, 2-seater sofa, coffee table and a large LCD TV (FreeView) with separate DVD player. A washer/dryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc. are located in the utility room.
On the first floor are 2 further spacious bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin)both ensuite with shower and a further upper lounge area with 2 large sofas, coffee table, and second large LCD TV (FreeView) with separate DVD player.
The 2 double bedrooms each have a super kingsize beds and wall mounted TV's, each twin bedroom has standard single beds and the first floor twin also benefits from a wall mounted TV.
A free WiFi service is available throughout the resort and within the lodge.
At the front of the property a first floor balcony can be accessed from the upper lounge and the ground floor patio doors lead onto a decking area with barbecue and outdoor furniture. There is a further south-facing decking area at the rear of the property.
Guests are welcome to collect passes allowing 'free of charge' use the on-site leisure facilities including indoor pool with sauna & steam room and gym, and there is also an indoor young childrens softplay area, outdoor children's adventure playground, zip-wire, two tennis courts and a pitch & putt golf course.
The clubhouse has a restaurant and bar and additional seating area with large screen projector which may be used for showing Sky Sports events . An outdoor seating area overlooks the Flowrider - an artificial surfwave - which can be booked on site on a pay-as-you go basis and is particularly popular with older children and brave parents.
Spa and beauty treatments are available (payable at the time of booking).
A cot and high chair are available for hire at £15 each.
Bed linen and towels are included.
In addition to a wide range of excellent beaches to explore on the North Cornwall coast the site is within easy reach of popular attractions including the Eden project, the famous Camel trail and an extensive outdoor carting track at St Eval. Details of local attractions are provided in the lodge to help you make the most of your holiday.
The property is non-smoking.
