Atlantic Rest is a terraced property at the award winning leisure resort of Atlantic Reach, a popular holiday village offering a fabulous variety of leisure facilities and family entertainment in 50 acres of countryside. The property is comfortable and spacious, with a private patio overlooking communal gardens.
There is a spacious open plan kitchen, living room, dining room area, that looks directly out onto communal gardens. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one double and one twin, and bathroom with shower.
The resort facilities included and are within easy walking distance and feature indoor and outdoor heating swimming pools, children’s activity club with indoor and outdoor play areas, pitch and putt golf, basketball, table tennis, badminton, a trampoline and bouncy castle (weather permitting). Youngsters can enjoy the soft play area with ball pool and, for older children, the Teen Club has table tennis, a pool table and amusements. A well-equipped fitness centre and Indigo Spa with various relaxation and beauty treatments is also available for adults (additional costs may be incurred for some facilities).
The Island Bar, Blue Room Restaurant, Club Bar with WiFi and poolside bar provide a variety of entertainment and menus for all the family.
Atlantic Reach enjoys excellent road links to the rest of Cornwall and Newquay Airport nearby. The original manorial estate was called Caworgie Manor and dates back to the 11th century. It merited an entry in “The Domesday Book” which was a survey of property commissioned by William the Conqueror in 1086.
Only 6 miles from Newquay and some of Europe’s best surfing Beaches,including the world famous Fistral Beach. There is plenty to for children, teenagers and adults in the surrounding areas; from surfing, to coastal walks, beautiful gardens to visit. Cornish Heritage such as the Tin mines, Clay pits and plenty of museums and Art galleries from the Maritime Museum in Falmouth to The Tate in St Ives.
For a special meal, Jamie Oliver’s restaurant, Fifteen, in Watergate Bay is a short drive away.
This area boasts of so many attractions for all ages. The beaches, such as Fistral beach, Lusty Glaze and Towan in Newquay. Perranporth is a short drive away, another beautiful beach and amazing icecream.
For the children / teenagers nearby: Newquay Zoo 5.6 miles, Blue Reef Aquarium 6.5 miles, Crealy Great Adventure Park 8.5 miles, Flambards Adventure 33 miles.
For the adults: The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Pentewan, St Austell 14 miles and St Ives with it's beautiful streets and shops 35 miles.
And of course the Eden Project is only 14 miles.
