About New Polzeath

New Polzeath overlooks the extensive sands at Hayles Bay, where westerly winds provide perfect conditions for surfers. Just north of New Polzeath you can find steps leading to a beautiful beach. At nearby Rumps Point, old paths cross the banks and ditches of an Iron-Age fort.

This is a picturesque region, the North Cornwall Coastal Path provides exhilarating walks for visitors who relish fine coastal views and the rich wildlife of the area, it is also renowned for its excellent surfing conditions.
