Description

Carrick Roads

Taken from Trelissick Park this shot looks out over Carrick Roads. Carrick Roads is the name of the large area of water of the Fal Estuary. The huge sheltered waters here make it the world's third largest natural harbour. The park is open to the public and many walkers, dog walkers and the local herd of cows share this wonderful place together.
