About Moulton

Moulton is a lively Cheshire village set in spacious countryside close to the banks of the River Weaver. It is noted for its fine church of 1876, and has all the usual amenities associated with a large village including an interesting War memorial.

The village lies in a high upland position between Winsford and Northwich giving extensive views in all directions. From here there is easy access to the beautiful Delamere Forest Park, the estuary of the famous River Mersey and Liverpool, the River Dee, and in an easterly direction lies Macclesfield on the borders of the Peak District National Park.
