I love horses, on the way back from a no show 'Match.com' date, a bit tipsy, alone, coming across the fields, I sneaked into a horse field, knelt at the hooves of the large male, to show him I wasn't a threat to the foals and he just sniffed me and breathed into my face the way they do, I always find breathing into theirs is a natural way of letting them smell human and returns the way they approach.(I've never had any problems with horses, but I still treat them with respect, as I do bulls and cows in fields, they're big animals up close). Then I finished walking back across countryside in my socked feet, the ground was so dry after sunny days. Times like that, great to be alive.
